To stop being skinnyfat you have to change your core lifestyle, you will have have to start going to the gym 3-4 times a week (train with Dorian Yates/Bodybuilder intensity) and you will need to track your calories and macros everyday, every meal. I was also 13 once, I'm now 16 years old. The beginning is always rough, but in due time you might be able to look like me (pfp) or even better. With consistent work and putting your mind in the right place.
