I can’t breath because of my jaw reccesion but anytime I bring it up she gets defensive about it and tells me to stop talking about it but the thing is I’m fucking dying slowly sleep apnea is getting worse by the day and she refuses to help

Get a sleep study done if you have the means. Also, keep in mind that sleep apnea is not ONLY obstructive it can also be neurological.

Talk to Grandma/Dad ? You have to find a way. Sleep apnea is a legitimate impediment to your well being.
My dad has prostate cancer he hasn’t talked to me in a while I don’t have anyone else my bother beat me last time I brought up sleep apnea

The only solution I can think of is to use a xylometazoline nasal spray(before bed) until you can make your own appointments, but use this wisely it's addictive.
Like it’s just my head causing it?
Yes, they're called central sleep apneas.

Oh well I don’t think so I have genuine skeletal issues
