I have been really in love with a specific girl for the last 2-3 years, we arent dating as she lives in another country(i know she isnt a 40 year old man or anything we have talked on facetime countless times) but i think about her all the times and jerk off to her pictures and whatever, anyway she has recently kind of realized she is asexual which i already got the feeling but i didnt really want to accept that, so now that its set in stone i need to stop pursuing her cuz its a waste of time and its fucking my mental state over, can you guys recommend me any way to stop caring about her? i cant just cut her off otherwise it would ruin my mental health, i just need to stop giving a shit about her.
