how do I find a good bimax surgeon nearby?

some people here say you should look for a local maxfac as they can do it for much cheaper than famous names in Europe, plus you could literally just give them plans from a blackpilled surgeon and have them copy it

the question is how tf do u even find one? all the ones near me have basically no reviews so I have no clue which are good or not (versus famous Italian surgeons who have tons of posts about them on here, reddit, jaw surgery forums, etc.), and the even bigger question is how you find one that's gonna be blackpilled and not a fag that advances you by 1mm??

You just need to consult with them.

In your consultation, you will get a sense of the surgeon's sense for aesthetics and if they are willing to listen to your concerns or if they will say my way or the highway. Although you will also want to know they have been well reviewed by others so you may need to look beyond your immediate area if the local ones really have no reviews.

Most are very unlikely to just take and use the plan of another surgeon.

The surgeons discussed on these forums represent, if I might wager a guess, 1% of the surgeons worldwide who would you be able to give you an excellent result. They are famous almost entirely because of good marketing and chance word of mouth encounters on certain recesses of the internet. It is a childish cult-like mentality to believe otherwise.
