I doubt you would care much about racism or nazism etc. at all if you do not care about anything of the system to begin with (in a Hippie sense).
I think (real) Hippies more so resemble individualism, freedom and not following orders/hierarchy
Quite in contrast to the resentment, anger and sexual frustration people in the other mentioned categories have.

Most modern hippies are potheads mostly so not neccessarily people I want to surround myself with. The Hippie movement actually started with LSD (and Psylocybin), substances which all block Serotonin flux into the brain.
