How do i find a job in the 20-30$ an hour range so i can afford to liven without OT

Making 18 an hour at 21 ain't cutting it i need more money so i can ascend and make investments for the future but the job market where i live is dogshit.

where I live you get paid like 25$/h for just responding messages on a computer
you need to be lucky tho
