How do I find motivation and be able to do things even if I don't want to?

Recently, I found motivation to actually up my grades, to prove to myself that I have talent. Sadly, my school is almost fully online except classes, so they require microsoft 365 and their own school website. I'm on an iPhone 8, which is extremely outdated. The UI doesn't load properly and I can't do anything with this, so I just used my sisters laptop. For context, 2-3 years ago I was begging for a laptop, and my sister also was telling that the laptop with the 2gb DDR3 laptop was bad. Anyway, that happened and got a new laptop, but I got grounded from march to july for reasons i cant legally tell anybody, but that's about it. I had to use the laptop without permission because if I had asked for pernission she wouldn't have given it to me anyway. They took it, I lost my only way to study, and I don't have motivation to even go to school or study. What can I even do?
