How do I find out whether my Condylar Cartilage is Fused/Closed, and is it worth to check at 16.8 years old

Currently 16 years and 10 months old and wondering how I can check (if it is even worth it) whether my mandibular growth has stopped via something like a scan at an orthodontists, and if my mandible were to still be growing, what I can do to maximise growth since my chin/mandible is lwk recessed. Hoping for an answer like it is safe to assume that growth is still happening, but never sure.

I've read a thread by someone who recommended a protocol like

Strontium Ranelate
Vitamin K2, specifically MK4
Vitamin D3
Choline-Stabilized Orthosilicic Acid
Undenaturated Collagen Type II
Glucosamine Sulfate

(This guy also recommended exogenous hormones and androgens like var, aromasin, t3/t4, somatropin and hcg, but I think, from what I heard, genetically predisposed androgen receptor sensitivty and density matters more than actual hormones, correct me if I'm wrong)
I am not sure whether this is worth to take and I'm looking for advice on dosages, if this works and improvement tips
Also gonna get bloodwork done in three days

even if it was open this late the changes would be minimal

Def not worth trying things like this at that age; you could get only fractions of a mm. Osteotomy is your best bet

nothing dangerous about this, like checking for growth plate fusion
Checking isn't worth it, but you could check your spine age, which is used to determine the growth of the mandible. if you get xray i can tell you, there are 6 stages
