how do i find someone that can perform imdo

does anyone know of any surgeons in the us that do this procedure? i hope i don’t have to go to australia to do it

i plan to do this in conjunction with mse + fm and possibly msdo, do you think someone who does mse would know of possible imdo surgeons?

also provided i have an overbite is this procedure usually covered by insurance
