How do i fix a downward grown maxilla?

So recently i have been trying everything to fix my maxilla espiacially since its downward grown and i got eyebags which arent going away do you guys got any tips?

8k in the balkans, over if you are an iqlet tho, just do prostitution or sell drugs then

Im the best out of my class but at what cost since i just fucking hate my face and all these other subhumans in my class have a great and joyfull life

its kinda complex,im gonna do a "pros and cons" thing

succes change: +-(pedos are usually very horny,and very willing to give money for potential nudes.)
overall gain:+ (they usually have a job,and can send good money and frequently)
moral:+- might feel good cuz u scammed a good person,also might feel gay.
