how do i fix a positively tilted nose using softmaxxes

i need help... it reveals my long ass philtrum even more and idk how to fix it. I also have a pretty flat maxilla and it doesn't help.
im 15 and still in development so i can still do things but not hardmaxxing.

there aren't any softmaxxes that im aware of that can alter the shape of the nose, hydrocortisone would work but that would make your specific issue worse. you have to do hardmaxxing to drastically change the shape of the nose.
