Nothing you can do to see major results, but things that do help are orthodontics. Ask ur orthodontists for either class two springs or a herbal appliance. and for the maxilla u can get a bamp device or reverse head gear. again this wont grant u cm of forward growth but it can guide the jaw into the correct direction, and u will not get past ur genetic potential.
