how do i fix a small ramus on one side and uneven theets?

since i’m a kid i had problems chewing on my right side making me chew a lot on my left side and i developed on that side almost straight teeth and a decent ramus and big masseters,and it looks leaner,while my right side is fucked up,how do i fix it?

i’m 15 i’m tryng to chew only on my right mostly and i don’t have much money so i’m tryng right now to change what can be changed only now whit the ones i got and i’ll focus on other stuff later prob

but fr tho if ur actually seeing growth that fast thats insane lifefuel for the guy asking. if u have pics or can detail the method more that would be sick. like do u just smash it w a hammer or somethin? need the details if its actually working.

for the og poster tho, chewing on one side is probably gonna mess up ur jawline even more long term, gotta try and chew evenly if possible even if its just soft foods. and if ur under 18 ur jaw is still growing so mewing + good posture might help a bit on that asymmetry. don't go smashing ur face tho fr

well ive never had a problem with it

i do it daily sometimes 2x to get a hematoma to form and it works quiet well
i use a flat point hammer 10 dollars from a store
and yeah i just do 30 seconds medium force every few cm apart ~3-5cm apart from mandible to ramus to slightly above the ramus angle
its made my ramus taller
