How do i fix alveolar recession from orthodontics

Orthodontist recessed my alveolar and now i have extremely bad smile lines, and also mandibular recession hasnt even changed a bit even tho i thought it was supposed to get fixed, someone help i genuinely dont know what to do besides stop elastics and get a mse/marpe - four month difference between left and right photo notice my top lip has no support now
