Debut on .org, but doesn’t matter. I suffer from a small overbite of anywheres from 5-10mm. With this minor of an overbite, are there any methods i can use to fix it? I’d prefer non-surgical options even though i do need orthodontic procedures done.

Braces but make sure your dentist isnt extracting and retracting ur top Set of teeth. This can make u look worse. But if ur dentist expands and protracts that would be good. (Basically using an expander (if u need one) and pulling the bottom set forward
Go to a doctor.

U should go for solutions that pull the mandible forward like BSSO
