How do i fix an overbite

After 6 years of orthodontics a palatal expander at age 8 and braces and bands for how long you can think i srtill have an overbite

my bottom teeth sit about 5-6mm away from touvhing the back of my top teeth so its about 3mm too far back

i dont want orthodontics again but i also dont want my lower jaw to look recessed

is there any way without a bsso as it kind of isnt viable considering i have a heart condfition that means i bleed VERY heavy so going under the knife and going under anasthetic could lowk murk me

yeah you can visualy improve appearenc of jaw by slightly lower bf or improving tongue posture but it can be angles

i have been genuinely raping my chin with the hammer and have sen around 1mm of growth dare i say in the last month or two

also use massage gun 75hz 4500rpm

i know its not swelling because im n my 4th day of a week full break as i had a few little cuts from the last couple weeks when i ran out of vaseline so im just letting them heal before resumis so i dont scar
