This is my first thread so bear with me if it's formatted terribly. I came to this board for two reasons, tear trough in under eye area and a low hyoid/slight double chin. They have both been resolved through persistent research and experimentation through a combo of what I found on this board...

Plastic surgery, mainly genioplasty, now mark me as solution bahi.
Also dont listen do they guy recommending chin filler, if are you truly recessed no amount of filler will add on cm of projections its mainly used for size.
