Do you know what I should stretch in specific? I watched a few vids and they all have different exercisesThis is primarily caused by muscular imbalances. One set of muscles are tight and strong the opposing muscles are weaker.
The following are the strong muscles; lower back, hip flexors and quads. And the weak muscles are; glutes, hamstrings and abdominals.
You need to stretch the strong/tight muscles and strength the weak muscles.
Also, sleeping with a pillow under your butt helps along with being mentally conscious of your posture through the day.

How did You fix your posture exactly because i have a Feeling my posture is influenced by jaw muscles/ mouth (a Bit assymetrical and i tend to tense mouth muscles Up, while having mild APT and nerd neck)I had giga shit posture due to jutting all the time for 3 years , see starecta explanation on this , i was 5'9 with 6'3 wingspan , now am 6' at night @yirma19
I wont explain the cause ,its quite difficult to write up a lot , i did hip thrusts as much as i can with as much force i could apply , i had 6'3.5 wingspan at 5'9 , i knew i should be taller but i did not expect this much increase , i am like 6'.5 inches and i expect 0.75 inches more now, my wingspan too increased by 1.5 inches(due to shoulder expansion if u understand what i mean ) so now am 6'.05 inches with 6'5 wingspan, and expect even more cause i still have a visible posture problem but lot better than before, my hips size reduced the most ,I dont really understand that tbh, is it Just jaw muscles being tight and fucking Up your posture? I kept my jaw completely closed even though i was severely recessed, like actual birdcel, jutting was what caused my scoliosis , lordosis ,like i was jutting since 15 so through the years it took away a lot of height ,it overlapped my natural teenage growth ,keeping me at 5'7-5'8 when i actually should be a bit more than 6'1 inches. This pic is a month old ,am 6' even here, gained like 0.5 since then, u can even see my one hand hangs lower than other, i have scoliosis curve on my right sideWould be nice, thanks.
