change the haircut and get lean for your facial structure to show. This will make you look more dimorphic. You can get a buzz if you have a good hairline. You should dye your hair and eyebrow to a darker color.

You have no facial expression which makes you look kind-friendly-obideint... it's called puppy eyes but anyone can do this, even me... and I'll look gay if I do puppy eyes. This can be fixed by googling anyone and mimicking a resting masculine facial expression. Also the slight blush, posture and eye lash seriously made me think you're gay or trans.
