HOW DO I FIX ASYMMETRIES?

I have a side of my face where my nose droops a lot more and my eye area is more recessed with more upper eyelid exposure.
I also noticed that my palate isnt symmetrical. Like one side of my palate is lower than the other. How do i fix those? Is it over?
