How do i fix back acne

I've tried fixing it for AGES and i've managed to reduce it on my face and chest but i cant seem to get rid of it on my back and whenever i go places and i take my shirt off i just know ppl are staring at it bcs its just hard to miss.
How do i actually get rid of it

Yeah but you can get it online as well.

These days it’s very easy to get it prescribed tho, just go to you doctor and if he doesn’t prescribe you then get it from the internet

If it's just acne do accutane. If it doesn't go away it could be ingrown hairs or something else
