I dont rlly know prob from sitting on that damn pc when i was younger but its fixable wien i stand up straight but i forget abt it

Yes it’s fixable
Do stretching and yoga exercises to release tension from your back. You can go to physical therapy also.
Probably best not to go the gym and weightlifting because you might overtrain and have bad form.
