I’ve tried everything like good health good sleep and volufiline Aswell as derma rolling and what not

Yet I have no fat in my under eyes nor bone or anything and my lips are thin I have no fat either bc of genetics giving me low fat pads Aswell as being under weight on bmi scale all my life

Im getting surgery when I turn 18 what should I get
