How do i fix big nose, bad eye area

i have a big nose rn, not the bone pointing outwards, the tip itself is big and looks fat
also my eye area is bad, it used to be sharp asf when i was leaner, recently i gained alot of weight and my area looks sleepy and dull instead of sharp and nice

how do i fix this, if possibly naturally

softmaxx your eyebrows and lashes and lose the weight you gained

Hydrocortisone cream can work
Even tretrinoin /accutane helps
I have used both isotret and tret and they help reduce inflammation
