How do i fix bimaxillary retrusion and flat maxilla im South east asian

Im 13 and my maxilla is cooked asf i never mouth breath and do myofunctional training/therapy and i get sunlight everyday and also hormonemaxx what are other possible solutions without the help of orthodontics since my parents wont allow me
