I am trying 3 methods the following weeks to see how to debloat the easiest.
I am going to drink 1 full cup of water every hour, also every 3 hours gonna drink 1 full cup extra. Also will do cardio for 15 minutes between the heart rate of 128-145 to burn fat optimally. Third method is eat max 90 grams of fats a day.
All of this in a lean bulk of 3700 kcals rich in protein and rich in carbs. Any tips that helped for u guys leave it in the comments.
