My scalp is always dry no matter what I do my diet is clean, I drink water, I've tried cycling dandruff shampoo, vinegar, and no shampoo is there a cure

Let me know if you find a solution, been struggling with this for years and my diet is quite clean and I am well hydrated, I wash my hair maybe once a week with soap.

Use a shampoo without sulfates and use conditioner, or more conditioning products depending on your hair type.
