yea you can topical/oral, if you do topical you only use it for brows and get some eyelash serum, if you get oral it will work for both

you can try minox for brows but that eyelid exposure ain't going anywhere without surgery. eyebrows being high is kinda genetic too, gotta accept some things or hardmax.
