how do i fix frizzy hair?

i have 3a curly hair and its always frizzy can anyone help me out

getting more healthy hair is the goal,

i used to have rly disquasting hair,

i stopped using shampo for my hair, and started airdrying it,

the frizz started to stop

that was only one month ago though, so it is still not perfect.

gotta mention that i am rly healthy

its worth noting i have quite healthy curly hair and i stopped shampooing about 2/3 years ago and have only been air drying since 2020 ish

if you dry your hair with a towel, dont use much pressure as what will happen, other than damaging your hair follicles, you will stretch your coils and separate the individual hair strands -- this is what works for me, we may not have the same hair type.

i usually go to sleep right after showering so i dont pay much attention how i dry my hair but il try letting it air dry

when do u use it morning or night

In the mornings, wet your hair before you put it on and then brush it through. After that I let it air dry and thats it
