How do I fix hair quality?

I've straight ironed my hair a few times to see what it'd look like and didn't use a heat protectant and now the hair is all straw like. I don't want to have to shave/buzz and start from nothing again.

Do off the shelf keratin/fortifying/hair repair shampoos/conditioners work? Maybe some oils?

just sleep with coconut oil overnight in your hair boyo, and then wash it out throughly

also don’t straighten your hair if it’s too short to be straightened you’re just damaging it, don’t you know you can just blowdry it to the same effect

more than 2.5l daily water + lots of conditioner + maybe noshampoo might help + optimizing your hormones so your hair doesnt thin out + maybe a keratin treatment / hair masks

1. Argan oil before product when styling = nice ass wavey silky hair
2. Generally wash with coconut oil couple days a week
Don’t shampoo often ( do It 2 times a week )
This made my hair looks better

your hair looks dry so just stop shampooing every time you shower legit works you dont need any gay products

Put argan oil after u shower ur hair dry srs it helps . It’s cheap

Put it when ur hair is dry and only to the ends and middle shaft . Not the actual root or else it looks greasy
