How do I fix high fasted blood glucose from mk 677?

So I used mk 677 for 2 years with some breaks, got good results, but now my fasting blood glucose is at 112mg/dL. My HbA1c is 5.4 so in range and my insulin is 9.7 µIU/mL also in range. It's just my fasted blood glucose is terrible. i really really want to go back on, and then actually switch to full on hgh after, but like i want to fix my blood sugar before i do that fast. Also my cortisol was high i was stressed on the day where my blood glucose was 112. also i was off mk for about 4 weeks when i got those results.

i dont eat processed sugar only fruit before a workout. max like 70 gs a day and im cuttign anyways so probs 200g carb a day. Do i need lower?

dude holy shit. why dont you have knowledge of this before taking the fucking mk. less carbs, add berberine if needed, and if you're still above 100, metformin. thats insane

yea i didnt know its coming down tho dw im on berberine and off mk. its like 105 104 ish
