To fix an ingrown hair, apply warm compresses and gently exfoliate with a washcloth to help it emerge, but never squeeze or pick to avoid infection or scarring. Once the hair loop is visible, carefully lift it out with sterilized tweezers, then keep the area clean and moisturized, and use gentle exfoliation regularly to prevent future ones. For persistent issues, consider topical treatments with salicylic or glycolic acid, or talk to a doctor about prescription options or laser removal.

At-Home Treatment (For Visible Hair)
  1. Warm Compress: Soak the area with a warm, damp cloth for 5-10 minutes to soften skin and hair.
  2. Gentle Exfoliation: Lightly rub the area in circles with a washcloth or soft brush to loosen dead skin.
  3. Extract Carefully (If Visible): Once the loop appears, use sterilized tweezers to gently pull the hair out in the direction it grew.
  4. Cleanse & Moisturize: Wash the area and apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer or an ingrown hair serum.

Prevention & Ongoing Care
  • Exfoliate Regularly: 1-2 times a week to prevent blockages.
  • Moisturize: Keep skin supple so hair grows through easily.
  • Shave Smart: Use shaving gel, shave with the grain, and use a sharp, clean razor with minimal strokes.
  • Wear Loose Clothes: Avoid tight clothing over treated areas.

When to See a Doctor
  • If it becomes red, swollen, painful, or shows signs of infection (pus).
  • A doctor can safely remove the hair, prescribe topical steroids for inflammation, or offer antibiotics for infection.
  • For long-term solutions, discuss prescription creams (like retinoids or eflornithine) or laser hair removal.

been tried that but they recommendation's didn't work and was inconsistent
Idk,you can go for something nuclear like laser the hair follicles off. Thats what clavicular did. He lasered his hair so it stops growing. Obviously not permanent may last 2 years

Stop shaving with a razor, use an electric shaver.
