How do i fix lip dryness

My lips re so dry it's not even funny anymore, they even crack sometimes. I drink 3-4l of water everyday , use windburn protective lipsticks and they are still like that. Please need am advice

You likely are dehydrated stop drinking so much water drink juice and milk its scientifically proven to hydrate better due to the sugar and such, you can use beeswax lipbalm or try natural moisturizer.

Nice man continue with milk instead of water, aswell as pasteurized milk is less hydrating than natural milk.
If it still isnt enough make sure to use natural moisturizer and beeswax lipbalm.
