How do i fix lower third without sg?

I have overall good features but lower third and side profile nerfing me so hard also i have a recessed chin, any way to fix without sg(im 14)

chin tucks and get expander and herbst appliance if possible

im lazy to give u tips but theres one thing you have to keep in mind,
Dont start jutting, and if you already do then stop.
