How do i fix my assymetrie im 20

Im pretty Sure its skelletal even tho i have a jaw shift due to my left mandible being shorter.

Yeah so basically all I did was sleep on my back and breathe through my nose. And make sure u get full sleep. Should 100% see a difference in like a month

the thing is tho is that his bones don’t look asymmetrical. Plus it wouldn’t hurt to try before he rushed into shit

Yea ill try that, also my left facemuscles are significantly weaker i should probably train them to loosen the fat in my cheeks

Nah just attempt what I told u first. No matter what if u smash it’s not like you’ll be even. If one side is naturally bigger than the other smashing won’t fix the other side it’ll just make it look different
