Its not a sphenoid issue its a posture issue. Check if you have a lateral pelvic tilt

So you argue that improving posture would also solve facial asymmetry?
yea, it can be alot of different posture related issues, pelvic tilt, or maybe you naturally tilt your head slightly to one side which alot of people do

Surely I have an asymmetry, the problem is to understand its origin in order to solve it.

yes asymmetry caused by posture. unless its deformity tier, i promise you its almost certainly posture related

Is there a way to understand the origin of the problem?

yes, you can find tests online to see if you have an abnormal pelvic tilt (takes like 3 minutes) also try taking a picture of yourself and slightly rotate the pic the the asymetric side and see how your face becomes perfectly symmetrical - if it does then its a posture issue

So if the tilt pelvic is tilted, would it be the cause of all the asymmetries of the body?

i mean it really depends, it could be a bone issue but its 100 times more common that its posture related
