My right eye seems smaller in pictures and more higher up than my left eye. What can I do to change it if I even can and what could I atleast do to prevent further change of my eyes in a negative way

It can be fixed , it's mainly sphenoid torsion. It happens due to Postural asymmetry ( skeletal asymmetry ) . Fix the postural problems within the body and the sphenoid will align it self .
