Dude, trust me its not worth your time and money to fix that. It's unnoticeable.

But Volufiline would be the best idea in order to hood the other eye too.

Your assymetry isn't noticable for others, the reason you see it is cause you've been fixating on it for a while now. I can bet money on it that mfs irl won't even realize that bs. Your best option is volufiline ig if you really want to cope/try to possibly fix it.
