How do I fix my bite?

Lately I’ve noticed when I bite down, my molars touch first and the front half doesn't touch.

Not like I can really see it (because it’s subtle) but it means this is happening:

Not that exaggerated but you get it


I think it’s from hard mewing or my outrageous thumb pulling back in 2023

edit: I didn’t have it before, I used to be normal until about a week ago

no its not that did nothing you just have a open bite talk to a orthodontist

Orthodontics or if you want to cope like me, jutting (and yes it works in my case, i've been doing it for 2-3 years and my bite has fixed itself)

no its not that did nothing you just have a open bite talk to a orthodontist

I haven’t had it my whole life I remember I used to be regular

You’re probably right but I remember having a normal bite before, just recently I’ve noticed. I wasn’t a thumb sucker but it probably is open bite.
