Because we are either not allowed surgery, don't have money for it or some other reasons idk, it's better to softmax first as well

then save up, forget abt the nose it doesnt look gigantic its big but its not horrendous, save up for oribital rim implants or decompression since it looks like ure eyes are bulding.
