ik this sounds cope but it worked for me minor changes
chew gum for 1 hr 3-4 times a week
not more than that cause than it will cause TMJ
i stored gum in freezer overnight so it was really hard for first minutes
this is a slow process it could take more than 4 months , 4 months for mine minor changes (noticable)

So what exactly are you gonna tell your orthodontist, that u need ccw? You need to have a good reason

I’m guessing they’re taking about palatal expanders (MSE, MARPE, Face Mask). You’d have to convince your dentist that you feel that your mouth is too narrow and short for your tongue. And in turn that causes trouble breathing, eating.
