I’ve been going to the gym for a year, and while I’ve seen some changes, I saw myself and was simply disgusted—so much so that I resorted to self-mutilation again just from seeing that fucking image. How the hell do I fix my rib flare? I’ve started doing hypopressive exercises, but I don't know if you guys could give me more tips. Then there's the fucking forward head posture, and of course, the goddamn hunchback, plus that hollow in my chest—it's *pectus excavatum*. Please give me advice, or if there isn't any, tell me which fucking surgery fixes any of that shit. Believe me, I’m serious when I say I struggle every day not to end it all just from looking at my face and body.
