How do I fix my eye area (NO PICTURES)

I don't want to send any pictures of myself but I have a lot of upper eyelid exposure to the point where it makes my canthal tilt look negative. Any tips?

yea as i can see in the picture you need to take one of your eyeballs out for one night so your eyes can relax to their primal way and become hunter eyes

Fatgrafting is the surgical route you can also try botox to lower it, PDO threads help with canthal tilt
