I shaved my eyebrows off like 3 year ago at 12 because i lost a bet pretty stupid but how can i ascend my eye area

Minoxidil for eyebrows but be careful when applying make sure it doesn't go into your eyes.

for the rest surgery in future e.g. under eye fat grafts maybe canthopexy but you would have to consult with a surgeon to get the best idea of what to do.
