How do I fix my eyesight??

I can’t see for shit at school but my glasses make me sub5 so I don’t like wearing them

I can’t get contacts because my prescription is really low. If I remember correctly I just have a slight astigmatism in my left eye but I cant read what’s on the board at school

Is there anything I could do to fix this like a certain eye exercise or something I could take?

honestly I've sworn to not change my 8th grade glasses and to this day 4 years later im still using them, but when its sunny outside i tkae them off and look at around even if its blurry (got shit vision) even look at the sun for a few seconds and then when I put my glasses my vision becomes way sharper, idk if its cope (which it is) but i think it helps with my eyesight

how often do you get checked when i do i just ask the doctor to print my prescription if you can contact him just ask for it nd he’ll give you

I go like every 6 months, I think it’s the second lowest prescription it’s like barley anything of that helps, I’ll try to contact him though and find out

if you can find it you can definitely buy contacts i thought they didn’t have one for me but surprisingly they do lol i have astigmatism asw
