Jaw angle implants to give you more mandibular width. Your mandible at present is too narrow compared to your zygos.
You have good malars and orbitals from the front, so you can consider yourself lucky, solving those involves riskier surgery.
Right now you are not bad looking either.

Yeah, at this point I'm considering hopping back on my adhd meds to help suppress my hunger. Anyway, it's easier and cheaper to get those instead of reta.

Ofc amphetamines are nearly identical but meth has the methyl group bonded. Either way, go for reta.
