Look i want to wait until 21 and see what i look like if i feel unsatisfied i will probably do surgerys but until then i want to live as healthy as possible so if you could give my your thoughts and an advice it would be cool

You will be unsatisfied.
I don't mean to sound rude when I talk to you, I'm 17 I've been on these forums since 12-13, softmaxxed from subhuman to LTN. I don't see why anyone would want to wait for surgery? Your best years will be gone at 21.
But there's a million people who look just like you that never even thought about their appearance, I won't tell you what to do but please don't overestimate what can be achieved non-surgically.
