how do i fix my flat lifeless hair

this is it on a decent day actually usually it’s even flatter and thinner looking
just how do i get thick hair / fluffy looking hair
i’ve tried countless differant shampoos and conditioners and tried no shampoo for a few months and it’s still so flat and thin looking i look like i straightened it on purpose or something

this is also me trying to make it look fluffy like the tik tok nt guys and it just doesn’t work
should i get texture powder or sea salt spray??
or is it like maybe my hair is deficient in something idk man

You have wavy hair. Sea salt spray better as ur hair is greasy

so i should just get some sea salt spray and im good

texture powder/ sea salt
keep barely washing it
maybe try argon oil (with blowdrying)
