How do I fix my flat maxilla.

For context, when I was a kid I had a relatively projected maxilla, in my teen years “10-13” I had shit posture and mouth breathing, ever since then my maxilla had become more recessed, i have class 2 overbite and currently on Invisalign so no marpe or RPH, but i need to fix my maxilla because its making my nose downward, is there any compounds or non cope methods to improve maxilla projection? Currently 41🔄, the photo below is me a few months ago, then the second one is me now. I’ve improved since then so not as worse as before

I’m sorry but, the only way is if u keep proper tongue posture and ur bones miraculously love you (which is cope), or surgery 😢

Better focus on ur recessed mandible and chin first nga

yeah ngl this post is slightly brutal theres no way of really saving that naturally. but if op saves a little money/takes out a loan/ uses student finance he could just get some implants and be chilling for the rest of his life

Fix overbite and recession of your jaw ASAP.

See a doctor or orthodontist. You look young, likely still fixable with intervention and maybe some surgery.
