I’ve been using tretinoin and azeliac acid and minoxidil on my hair and eyebrows and getting to 10% bodyfat and than eventually gonna dye my eyebrows darker than my hair but idk what to do to tan cause I live in WA

You can start saving up money and get a DJs or neck lipo. Low hyoid can be improved when the skin is stretched forward and the angle is improved (I’m 90% sure)
